Media Advisory Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties to Demonstrate Stimulus Weatherization Funds at Work on Multi-family Residence in WHO: Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties, Congresswoman Betty McCollum, Senator Ellen Anderson, and Mayor Christopher Coleman WHAT: As we ramp up to infuse over $12 million of residential weatherization improvements into Ramsey and Washington counties, we’ve selected a rental four-plex unit to help demonstrate and celebrate the benefits of this initiative – creating jobs, cutting energy costs for working class people, helping the environment and improving the economy.
